The American Legion Post 558, Americus hosts its fourth annual Veterans Day Parade and activities Friday. A ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. prior to the parade in front of the Sumter County Courthouse.  The parade starts at  11 a.m. through downtown Americus. Everyone is invited and encouraged to show their support of veterans by displaying flags and banners.
