Press Release from the City of Americus:  The Mayor and Council of the City of Americus have voted to suspend Charles L. Coney, City Manager with pay until Friday, February 21, 2020 pending completion of a personnel investigation.

Mayor Blount stated that the decision was made by the Mayor and Council after an Executive Session held Thursday, February 13, 2020.
