AMERICUS – South Georgia Technical College Emergency Medical Technology (EMT) Instructor Brad Harnum is offering two new introductory online EMT courses for the summer semester, which begins on Wednesday, May 27.
“This is the first time that we will be offering an EMT class 100 percent online,” said Harnum. “The first class will be taught completely online and then the second semester class will be taught online with one day of skills training per week, which will be offered on Fridays and Saturdays to accommodate working students. The lectures are prerecorded, which will allow the students to access them anytime.”
The two new classes are Introduction to the EMT Profession and EMT Assessment/Airway Management & Pharmacology. For more information about these new courses, contact SGTC EMT instructor Brad Harnum at bharnmuum@southgatech.edu or 229-9271-5189.
