ATHENS, Ga. (AP) — Georgia has hired Rob Sale of McNeese State as its offensive line coach.
Sale was the co-offensive coordinator and line coach for the Cowboys. Georgia announced Saturday that he replaces Will Friend, who left to serve as offensive coordinator on the staff of new Colorado State coach Mike Bobo.
Bobo had been Georgia’s offensive coordinator.
Sale joined McNeese State in 2012 and was promoted to co-offensive coordinator before last season. He previously worked at Alabama.
