Mollie Ander Glover, age 33, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 30, 2024, after an extended illness. Born in Bucharest, Romania, on November 4, 1990, she was lovingly adopted by Gary and Bunny Glover in May of 1991.
Mollie was a devoted friend and a source of light to everyone she met. Known for her selflessness and generosity, she was always quick to lend a helping hand or offer encouraging words, bringing laughter and comfort to those in need. A passionate supporter of the Georgia Bulldogs, Mollie cherished many Saturdays spent cheering on her team alongside her dad.
Family meant everything to Mollie. She loved them fiercely and wholeheartedly, often seen as her mother’s sidekick. She relished spending quality time with her siblings, Jamie, Wes, and Chance, creating memories that will forever be treasured.
Mollie was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Arnold, her beloved Aunt Becky and Uncle Jimmy Ray, as well as her paternal grandparents, Peggy and Charlie Glover. She is survived by her parents, Gary and Bunny Glover of Valdosta; her sister, Jamie Salem (Paul) of Orange Park, FL; her brothers, Wes Glover and Chance Glover of Valdosta; nephew and niece Jackson Salem and Alden Salem of Orange Park, FL; and a young son, Chandler Weston. Mollie is also survived by her aunt Fran (James) Powers and numerous beloved cousins and friends.
The family would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this difficult time. Special thanks are extended to the caring professionals at Langdale Hospice House.
Per her wishes she will be cremated. Due to the impact of Hurricane Helene, a celebration of Mollie’s life will be planned for a later date. Kind words and expressions of sympathy can be left for the family at www.musicfuneralservices.com and www.aldridgefuneralservices.
